In October of 2023 I was fortunate enough to travel to Churchill Manitoba where we saw polar bears on the tundra and learned about their life and conservation efforts. Our group was fortunate enough to have a Polar Bear International volunteer on our tundra buggy on our second day on the tundra. That day not only did we have the opportunity to ask more questions about the bear’s behaviour, but we also got to see a grey wolf and red fox. It is a day that I will never forget.
